About Gray Solutions
Gray Solutions is a creative and development studio. We do branding, digital growth, software, and AI for companies that want the work done properly, from funded startups to established teams. We're based in India, we work with clients internationally, and we're now expanding in the UK.
The role
We're looking for a UK-based Sales Partner to grow our client base here. You'll find companies that need design and build work, have real conversations about what they're trying to grow, and bring them on as Gray Solutions clients. We scope, price, and deliver the work. You own the market and the relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is an independent, commission-based partnership, not a salaried post. It's a straightforward win-win: you build your own book of business, backed by an agency that delivers, and you earn on what you close. It suits someone who already has a network, or a knack for building one, and would rather be paid on results than sit on a fixed base.
What you'd do
- Find and open conversations with UK companies that need branding, web, software, or AI work
- Understand what they're building, and judge whether we're a fit
- Bring them on as clients, and own the relationship as we scope and deliver
- Represent Gray Solutions well: honest, and no overpromising
