Sales Partner - Core Banking Solutions UK

As Partner Sales – Core Banking Solutions (UK), you will play a pivotal role in expanding SAP Fioneer’s footprint across the banking sector. Acting as a trusted advisor at C-Suite level, you will identify opportunities, understand customer business drivers, and guide strategic engagements with leading banks in the region. This role is highly entrepreneurial: you will drive market entry, open new accounts, and grow long-term client relationships. With your strong network and industry expertise, you will shape strategic deals and position SAP Fioneer as a partner of choice for digital transformation in banking. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and sales activities for core banking solutions in the UK market Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle: acquire new clients, expand into new accounts, and grow existing relationships Build and maintain value-driven, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at major banks Develop compelling value propositions tailored to the challenges of core banking transformation Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling solutions that address client challenges and create measurable impact Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and business planning to align with SAP Fioneer’s growth objectives 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within banking A proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking industry, with a focus on Core Banking Solutions Excellent knowledge of the financial services landscape, current trends, and transformation drivers Deep understanding of core banking processes, systems, and current transformation drivers Established C-Level network in the UK banking landscape Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders effectively Strong entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector.
