We're looking for Sales Partners to help expand the global reach of SkillsCapital—an AI-native Talent Intelligence platform helping enterprises discover, evaluate, and deploy deeply vetted technology talent.

This is not a traditional salaried role.

It's a flexible, high-upside partnership opportunity for consultants, recruiters, business development professionals, entrepreneurs, advisors, former industry leaders, and ecosystem connectors who want to build substantial recurring income while representing a differentiated AI-native platform.

🚀 What You'll Do

As a Sales Partner, you'll help us:

  • Introduce SkillsCapital to enterprise clients, consulting firms, and technology organizations
  • Generate qualified business opportunities and strategic conversations
  • Build trusted relationships across enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Identify staffing, consulting, managed teams, and project opportunities
  • Support client acquisition and long-term account growth
  • Expand our presence across new industries, markets, and geographies

High-performing Sales Partners have the potential to build recurring really high monthly earnings, depending on opportunities generated, client relationships developed, and long-term account growth.
