Sales & Partnerships Director

Sales and Partnerships Director – Broadsheet Media

Broadsheet Media is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales and Partnerships Director to join the team.

This role will focus on generating new revenue opportunities through the sale of creative advertising solutions across digital, event, and print platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing partnerships with brands and media agencies, delivering tailored campaigns aligned with client objectives while driving commercial growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business revenue by identifying and converting briefs across print, digital, and creative advertising solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, and independent agencies.
  • Identify and proactively pursue new partnership opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and editorial teams to craft compelling campaign proposals.
  • Deliver bespoke advertising and content solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline and excel or surpass revenue targets.
  • Represent Broadsheet Media at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and pipeline updates to the Commercial Leader.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in direct sales within media, publishing, advertising, or creative solutions.
  • Strong network or experience working with independent/agency groups and brand marketing teams.
  • Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close high-value commercial deals.
  • Capability to develop independent proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for responses and outreach.
