About the Role
You will own the full commercial partnerships lifecycle, identifying and securing high-impact brand collaborations across wellness, lifestyle, and sport. By building a robust pipeline and closing six-figure deals, you will integrate premium brands into the club experience as the company scales from five to over twenty-two courts across London.

What You Will Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new commercial partnerships with brands in wellness, fitness, and luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, including:
- Initial outreach and proposal development
- Final contract negotiation
- Account management post-signing.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure partner activations are authentically integrated into the physical club environment.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience & Track Record
- 7+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or strategic collaborations within premium consumer or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven ability to hit aggressive revenue targets and negotiate high-value commercial deals with global brands.
- Strong network in wellness or fitness industries, with deep insight into cultural trends in sports and fashion.
