The Opportunity
As our business grows, we are looking for a new business sales and partnerships manager, who can help us to bring new clients to our business, from predominantly the UK, but also in Europe.
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + commission scheme + annual bonus, and salaries are reviewed every 6 months
Location: Head office in Shoreditch
Working: 3 days per week in the office, or client visits if required

The Role
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated person, with a proven track record in Sales within the industry. You will be experienced in offering creative, client-focused solutions, that utilise the range of services we offer.
Sales:
- Build relationships with prospective clients, and industry professionals, representing and raising awareness of the London Filmed brand and value proposition.
- Embody the London Filmed brand, representing our values at all times
- Clearly articulate our value proposition to business decision makers
- Develop and maintain an inbound and outbound sales pipeline within our Hubspot CRM to maximise client acquisition
- Support a closed sales loop from initial outreach through to closing deals and debriefing with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build relationships with prospective clients, existing clients and industry professionals, representing and raising awareness of the London Filmed brand and value proposition.
- Identify and build close professional relationships with large event venues
The Person
- 4+ years of Business Development/Partnerships Management experience, with a record of closing and onboarding venues, including the RFP process
- A sound technical understanding of AV and Scenic
- A relationship builder - able to easily communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation and dynamism are key - we’re a scale-up, so you might have to wear a few hats!
- A team player who is happy to work autonomously to meet the needs of our clients and the business
- Happy to work minimum 3 days from the office.
