Job Title: Sales Performance Manager
Location: Covering Scotland and North of England – looking for candidate based in the Central Belt of Scotland
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + up to £1,800 monthly incentive bonus + up to 15% annual bonus + tax efficient company car scheme

Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 9.00am-5.30pm – Field Based
Our client is one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the UK at the moment, bringing innovative products and a fresh customer experience to the UK market.
This role of Sales Performance Manager will be working directly for the Manufacturer and travelling to the regions retail dealerships across Scotland and the North of England, the majority of the retailers are based in Scotland, so we are looking for someone based in the Central Belt of Scotland.
Position Overview
The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets within a designated geographic zone. This role involves managing relationships with dealers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that the brand's presence and performance are optimized within the assigned area. The Sales Performance Manager plays a crucial role in aligning local sales activities with broader company objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned zone by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they are fully supported and motivated to achieve sales targets. Provide training and resources to improve dealer performance.
- Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the zone. Provide insights and recommendations to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Serve as the face of the brand within the region, ensuring consistent and positive brand representation across all sales channels.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, working with dealers to address any issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities to the Regional Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering (preferred not essential)
- More than 8 years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management
- Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers
- Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.
- Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities
- Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
