Sales Coordinator
Salary depending on experience

The Role
Technical Fixings Solutions Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you already have experience within the construction supplies or fixings industry, or you're looking to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Working alongside our experienced sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations and ensuring orders are processed accurately from enquiry through to delivery.
Your duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Producing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, lead times and product availability.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Working closely with our purchasing, warehouse and transport teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities.
- Assisting the external sales team with administrative support.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
- Learning our extensive range of construction fixings, fasteners and associated products.
- Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable.
- Experience within the construction, builders' merchant or fixings industry would be an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
- Own transport and living within 20 miles of ME17 preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
