Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Progressor / Administrator role based in Cheltenham. The role involves managing property sales from offer acceptance through to completion, including liaison with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.

  • Tracking key milestones
  • Proactively resolving queries or issues that may delay completion

The Sales Progressor / Administrator will provide high-quality customer service, communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed, and support the wider sales team with administrative tasks such as:

  • Preparing correspondence
  • Organizing appointments
  • Handling incoming calls and emails

The position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced estate agency environment and contribute to the company’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear updates, negotiation support, and accurate documentation.
  • Order processing and sales administration skills, including tracking transactions, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Administrative assistance skills, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and general office coordination.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in all records and communications.
  • Confidence using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); experience in estate agency or property sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a small team, maintain professionalism under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant experience in sales progression, administration, or a similar customer-facing role; formal qualifications in business, administration, or property-related fields are beneficial but not essential.
