Role Description

The Sales Progressor/Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Royal Sutton Coldfield. This position is responsible for managing residential property sales from offer through to completion, including regular communication with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers to ensure smooth progression.

The Sales Progressor/Negotiator will work closely with colleagues in sales and lettings to support branch targets and contribute to the agency’s reputation for efficient, transparent property transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure offers and manage expectations of buyers and sellers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident telephone manner and clear written communication.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple property files, deadlines, and stakeholder updates.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when managing contracts, documentation, and CRM or property management systems.
  • Customer service focus, with a professional and approachable manner and commitment to supporting clients throughout the process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a branch team and independently, using initiative to solve problems and move sales forward.
  • Knowledge of residential property sales processes; experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with basic IT tools, including email, office applications, and property software; willingness to learn new systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Royal Sutton Coldfield on a full-time basis.
  • Relevant education or training in property, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
