What you’ll do

As a Sales Project and Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales, Marketing and Home Ownership Progression department. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll provide high-quality administrative, financial and project support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for customers, stakeholders and suppliers.

The Sales Project and Support Coordinator is a varied and fast-paced role where organisation, accuracy and collaboration are key. You'll help coordinate essential activities across the sales function, support financial processes, maintain important documentation and contribute to the smooth delivery of customer-focused services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, sales support, financial administration and project coordination experience who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. The Sales Project and Support Coordinator will be instrumental in helping the team deliver an efficient, compliant and customer-focused service.

How you’ll do it

  • Process supplier invoices, customer refunds, incentives and complaint payments using internal finance systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Support the management of void property billing and assist with financial administration activities across the sales function.
  • Maintain and organise sales documentation, supporting customer due diligence checks, audits and reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including managing site supplies, orders and other operational activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place and actions are followed up.
  • Handle confidential information sensitively and ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and financial regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
