- Find and attract the world’s best talent to our clients
- Utilise a range of deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn or other outside-the-box strategies
- Work closely with one client at a time, embedding deeply in their culture—both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders to educate them on the value of great talent practices
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, from start to finish, partnering with senior recruiters
- Schedule interviews, organise travel, and handle logistics efficiently
Requirements & Essential Skills
- 2–4 years of recruitment sourcing experience, thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication—with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Stellar organisational skills, with a keen detail-oriented mindset
