What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll use your sales experience to build relationships, drive results, and make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Development: Build and grow relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Attract and engage top talent, guiding them through the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
- Sales & Negotiation: Use your sales skills to negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both clients and candidates.
- Performance & Targets: Work towards clear KPIs and revenue goals, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve success.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and become a trusted advisor in your specialist area.
