Sales Rep (Inbound B2C)

Location: Chancery Lane, London, UK Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 3 months Compensation: £26.5k (pro rata) plus uncapped commission

💼 The Role: We’re looking for driven and passionate individuals to help families transform their children’s education through our online teaching courses, delivered on an award-winning platform. You’ll be calling warm leads (parents who have already engaged with our ads) and closing sales for educational courses priced between £80 and £1500. If you’re eager to learn, aligned with our mission to transform education, and motivated by helping students succeed, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll report directly to one of our Team Leaders, offering a strong opportunity for professional growth and development. While working hours are flexible, there is currently a preference for availability during weekday afternoons and evenings. Proposed shift times will be provided and may be subject to change.

⚙️ What You’ll Do Close warm (warm) leads - Convert customers who've clicked our ads into paying customers through consultative phone sales conversations Pitch tailored tutoring packages - Present our educational courses by understanding each family's needs and matching them with the right solution Own your sales pipeline - Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and drive deals to completion while maintaining accurate CRM records Hit ambitious monthly targets - Consistently meet and exceed lead conversion goals to maximise your commission earnings Represent our mission - Act as the voice of MyEdSpace, building trust with families and demonstrating how we can transform their children's educational outcomes

🙋 Who We’re Looking For Experienced selling to the UK or US market Preferably 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills Ability to work to set targets and exceed them Great with customers, comfortable engaging and building rapport A team player with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task The ability to also work independently and manage a large workload Committed, flexible and willing to learn
