Sales Representative
Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive business growth by developing relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering effective solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, managing customer interactions, generating leads, and supporting the achievement of sales objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential customers
- Conducting sales presentations
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiating agreements
- Following up on customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate sales records
The Sales Representative will:
- Build strong customer relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze market information and identify new sales opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and commitment to achieving business goals.
