Overview
Bradburys Group is currently recruiting a Sales Representative to be based at the company’s office in Leicestershire, England, United Kingdom. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. You will represent our company’s services to potential customers, build relationships, and provide solutions that address their needs.
Responsibilities
Following an induction, on-boarding and training schedule, you will be required to:
- Demonstrate highest standards of customer-facing skills and customer care whilst remaining professional, approachable and polite at all times
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking and other lead generation techniques
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing personalised solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline management

Essential Requirements
- A five-year checkable work history
- Proof of Right to work in the UK
- An excellent command of English communication skills (written, oral, email)
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs to effectively sell solutions
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A flexible approach to hours of work and duties undertaken
- Ability to adapt at all times
Core Hours
- Monday – Friday: 09.00-17.00
