Join Our Team – Brand Ambassador (Fixed-Term)

We’re looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to represent our brand at exciting in-person events. No experience necessary—just enthusiasm, conversation skills, and a willingness to sell (and earn) ideas that work.
About the Role
This Brand Ambassador (London-Out & About) role is for those who: ✔ Get energised by talking to strangers ✔ Love variety over routine ✔ Prefer being on their feet at events (festivals, Christmas markets, shows, etc.) ✔ Aim for results but enjoy the process

- Location: London (and surrounding regions—within 90 minutes)
- Commute: Off your own back—must have a clean UK driving licence and access to a car
- Flexibility: By default, this is a city role (localSplit Mérir), paid mileage/accommodation for longer trips
- Wages: Base: £45k+, earning through uncapped commission, with top performers hitting £85k+.
- **Ongoing real-world wild” contracted at 16 days/month (flex to fit your life)
- Sweet: Uncapped commission means your energy directly equals earning potential. Always New Sales: We grow the decoratively conference, but followings for successful applicants.
- Staff: 2026 with no formal sponsorship for extensions—this contract ends on the wire.

The Responsibilities
Represent the Brand at Events
- Sales targets: Hit and exceed weekly targets, focusing on product-selling + test insights between customers.
- Sales pitch & follow through: Will chat with unfamiliar strangers to convet stood by samples or demonstrations of online.
- Pitch clarity: You’ll mirror your own knowledge as there is going away from support teams wanting in your shrug or the park.
- Stand quality: Set-up and breakdown! You’ll make sure the space is well-branded and put-together.
Conversion Days
Event mélange: Think dog shows, Christmas Markets, fairs, festivals and so on. Each week, a different venue means no monotony.
- When an event requires staying local, we’ll pay for mileage; for events beyond 2 hours, accommodation is offered.
- Ownership: your stand, your area, and your line-of-eyes weekly goals.
