About Spark Tutoring

Spark Tutoring is the UK’s fastest-growing online education & tutoring provider. Our mission is to completely transform the world of UK Education via our collective of young, high-achieving and, most importantly, relatable undergraduates.

We pride ourselves on our high-quality, dynamic and results-based service which has equipped over 3,000 students in the UK with the necessary skills and expertise to unleash their full potential and become the leaders of tomorrow.

We are now looking for a highly professional, charismatic, and results-driven Closer to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for converting warm leads, representing the Spark brand at the highest standard, and driving revenue growth through high-quality sales conversations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultation meetings as the first reference point for prospective clients – gaining a deep insight into their child’s academic needs and how we will tailor our support towards this.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations following initial conversations with parents interested in higher service options, to accurately convey the value that Spark Tutoring will bring and exactly how this will be catered to their child’s requirements.
  • Clearly outline payment terms and conditions with clients, ensuring successful conversion of interested parents into happy and paying customers.
  • Monitor and track customer relationship managers, using technical tools such as GoHighLevel to maximise efficiency.
  • Use statistical methods to guide engagement and expand opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential growth opportunities with current clients, imparting the value of further support and when necessary, scheduling further meetings for finalisation of increased purchases.
  • Produce comprehensive client reports following acquisition to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service once information is handed over.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments such as Operations, Recruitment & Marketing, to develop multi-faceted solutions to longer-term and more strategic implementations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
