Remote | Full-Time | Base Pay: $45GB + uncapped commission + quarterly bonus

Personal Care Regulatory, a Registrar Corp company, is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative, Cosmetic Regulatory Services to accelerate revenue growth through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and strategic business development initiatives.

Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, Cosmetic Regulatory Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and helping cosmetic companies navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling technical or professional services. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to understand client challenges and position solutions that deliver value.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and strategic account development
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process
- Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information within CRM systems
- Stay informed on cosmetic regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing consulting roles
- Experience selling technical, professional, regulatory, compliance, or business services
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance objectives
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build credibility and establish long-term client relationships
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the cosmetic, personal care, regulatory, compliance, or consumer products industries
- Experience selling cosmetic regulatory, compliance, quality assurance, or related consulting services
- Familiarity with domestic and international cosmetic regulations and market access requirements
