Sales Representative (Design Background) – Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
£26,000 base + £55k OTE (Uncapped Commission) + Benefits

About the Role
Join a rapidly growing online design business specialising in premium, tailor-made bedroom solutions for clients across the UK.
- Shift to remote or hybrid working delivered through online consultations
- Daily 8 client meetings, designing bespoke CAD solutions
- Confident presentation & selling of bespoke spaces
- Uncapped commission opportunity to earn over £50k per year
- Full CAD training provided; no prior experience required
- Progress into senior sales or management roles at the company

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule 8 client consultations per day (pre-booked)
- Create tailor-made CAD designs tailored to client specifications
- Clearly communicate design solutions through consultations
- Excel at sales, customer service, and negotiation
- Self-manage workload and sales goals with support from the team
Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 11am–7pm
- Bi-weekly: Saturday 10am–2pm
Who Are We Looking For?
- A drive for sales success with an ambitious attitude
- An interest or passion for design, particularly CAD-based solutions
- Commutable to Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (or nearby)
- Willingness to self-develop knowledge with structured training
