Role Overview
Given our exciting growth plans, we are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive global new business—reporting directly to the Head of Sales (Europe) and collaborating with the Commercial team and potential partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets by advancing genuine leads through the pipeline.
- Outreach: Proactively engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels to secure new partnerships (some in-person meetings may occur).
- Selling: Demonstrate and promote Fresha’s products & services through product demos to new and existing partners.
- Sales Cycle: Handle entire sales process—from prospecting → contract signing.
- Partnerships: Align Fresha’s solutions with partners’ cost-benefit and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Marketing) to enhance partner experiences.
- Market Insights: Share trends in the beauty/wellness industry to inform strategy.
- Lead Management: Follow up on all qualified inbound leads within agreed timelines and document CRM activities.
- Key Stakeholder Manager: Act as the primary commercial contact for partners (e.g., handling commercial inquiries, resolution).

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with proven success.
- Strong background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms (preferred).
- Natural hunter & relationship builder—ability to connect with decision-makers.
- Highly organized, with excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Curious, adaptable mind—passion for career growth within Fresha.

Bonus Points
- Bi-lingual (fluency in English + another language).
- Prior experience in the beauty/wellness industry (advantageous but not mandatory).

Interview Process
- Screen Call – Video interview (30 mins) with Talent Team.
- Skills & Experience – Video or in-person (30 mins) with Team Leads.
- Presentation – In-person (75 mins) with Team Leads + General Manager (UK & Ireland).
