BYL Diamonds is a leading supplier of certified natural diamonds and fine jewellery to the trade. Operating from Cape Town, Johannesburg and London we provide sustainable, high-quality diamonds and customised jewellery to retailers and designers.
Position Overview
The On-the-Road Sales Representative will drive wholesale sales by building long-term relationships with jewellers, retailers, and designers. This role is focused on expanding the client base, presenting stock offerings, and providing product education to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit jewellery retailers, workshops, and studios across UK.
- Present natural diamond inventory and collections to clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships within the trade.
- Provide product education and market insights.
- Record client interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless orders and stock fulfilment.
- Attend trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience
- Sales experience, preferably in jewellery, diamond, or luxury goods.
- Existing jewellery trade network is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Knowledge of jewellery/diamond industry (lab-grown knowledge an advantage).
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Client-focused, self-starter, and organized.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
