The Barlinek Group is a leading European flooring manufacturer, whose product range comprises three main categories: wooden, natural and mineral flooring, catering to the diverse needs of customers and modern interior design trends.
Due to the dynamic growth of our company and the expansion of our operations in the UK market, we are seeking candidates for the role of Sales Representative responsible for working with the Topps Tiles network in London.
π― Responsibilities
- Maintaining contact with stores β regular communication, support and building partnership-based relationships.
- Building long-term partnerships β ensuring the stability and development of B2B relationships.
- Addressing day-to-day issues β logistics, stock availability, complaints.
- Ensuring product display β monitoring standards, availability and the quality of product presentation.
- Regular visits to Topps Tiles stores β monitoring displays, discussions with staff, analysing needs.
- Staff training β presenting the product range, providing technical support, developing sales skills.

Requirements
- Experience in sales to retail chains (B2B + retail) and an understanding of the specifics of working with major partners.
- Negotiation skills combined with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of the principles of working with retail chains β processes, standards, procedures.
- Driving licence- mobile role, daily visits to shops.
