Sales Representative
Location: Office Based
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Commission Scheme
The Role
Our client is looking for a talented and driven Sales Representative to contribute to their continued growth and success. Working alongside the technical sales team, you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through their purchasing journey. From the initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up, you will ensure clients receive accurate advice, timely support, and a consistently high standard of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a deep passion for customer service and proactive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end sales support, managing everything from pre-sales consultation to post-sales communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct targeted outbound call campaigns to generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and proactively engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to recommend products that align with client requirements regarding performance, price, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events as required.

Essential Skills and Attributes
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and articulate communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A methodical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a focused team.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales support roles (inbound and outbound).
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems or CRM software platforms.
- An interest or background in wireless networking and technology (not essential – full training and vendor certifications can be provided if needed).
