The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. As a Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you will act as a strategic growth partner to your customers—combining commercial expertise, digital innovation, and industry insight to transform how healthcare and dental businesses operate.
You’ll join a high-performance environment where entrepreneurial thinking, consultative selling, and proactively hunting for new opportunities are key to success.
Your Mission
Own and grow your territory like a business. Identify untapped opportunities, win new customers, and expand existing partnerships by delivering high-value, solution-driven sales across a cutting-edge portfolio of products and digital solutions.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Win & Grow the Market (Hunter Mindset) Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities. Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed growth targets. Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with business goals. Become a Trusted Advisor (Consultative Selling) Partner with customers to understand their clinical, operational, and business challenges. Deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable value and long-term success. Influence decision-makers through insight-led conversations. Expand Accounts & Unlock Value Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling across a broad portfolio. Identify new revenue streams by leveraging digital workflows and integrated solutions. Position yourself as a key contributor to your customers’ business performance. Lead with Expertise & Innovation Educate and inspire customers through impactful presentations, demos, and events. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Translate insights into actionable strategies for your clients. Drive Performance with Data Use CRM and analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize results. Continuously refine your approach based on data and market feedback.

Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
Proven success in field-based sales, with experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role. Background in dental, digital sales, healthcare, or medical devices strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets. Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling within complex or technical environments. Commercially astute, with the ability to understand and influence customer business outcomes. Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly self-motivated—comfortable managing a territory autonomously. Strong relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
