This is a fantastic opportunity to join Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business unit. Our innovative high-quality portfolio includes a mix of both implant and capital products to support the evolution for the treatment of Spinal Fractures and Pain Management therapies. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional who is committed to driving growth in their territory.
As an Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to sell products which radically benefit patients’ lives by transforming healthcare. What you will do:
In this role, you have the opportunity to pitch innovative capital products which deliver measurable economic benefit to hospitals while aligning with their sustainability goals. You will engage a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical buyers to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Demonstrating your ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy, you will play a vital role in supporting pricing strategies and high-level negotiations, backed by clear implementation methods and a strong focus on return on investment.
You’ll be responsible for systematically tracking progress within your territory, accurately forecasting sales, and proactively communicating insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed performance targets.
When onsite with customers, your deep product knowledge and quick problem-solving will be essential in educating and supporting surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of our devices. As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Ability to negotiate the capital sales process within hospitals
- Support customers in delivering on sustainability goals through leveraging the IVS portfolio
- Prospect potential new customers and/or users of Stryker IVS portfolio
- Develop relationships with existing customers and maintain base business
- Develop technical skills for supporting and training theatre teams
- Introduce innovative new products to the UK market
- Increase account penetration via value added propositions
- Develop strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Support clinicians and nursing staff during procedures
- Manage capital pipeline using CRM Salesforce
- Build out business plans and objectives based on growth, customer needs and market opportunity
- Participate in Quarterly Business Planning, Account Planning and local Market Modelling activity
- Work with and identify Key Opinion Leaders

What You Need
- Degree in sciences / business based subject or equivalent experience
- An individual who takes ‘ownership’ with a focus on delivering results
- Proven successful sales experience
- Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win
- Somebody aligned to our Values - Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen, ideally a knowledge of the NHS / Private medical sector
- A full valid UK driver’s license
- Proven success in medical device sales would be advantageous
- Experience in medical devices within spine or pain management would be advantageous
