Join Halo Wines

Halo Wines is a fast-growing importer and distributor of terroir-driven wines, working with family-run domaines, rising stars, and maverick winemakers across Europe and beyond.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and driven Sales Representative to help develop and grow our trade presence across London.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated wine professional to join a young and ambitious company at a pivotal stage of its growth.

The role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the on-trade and independent off-trade sectors, building lasting customer relationships, driving listings, and expanding distribution across one of the world’s most dynamic wine markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and open new business across restaurants, bars, hotels, and independent wine merchants
  • Proactively prospect, generate leads, and convert new accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits and ongoing account management
  • Conduct tastings, staff training sessions, and portfolio presentations
  • Represent Halo Wines at trade tastings, wine fairs, and industry events
  • Collaborate with the wider team on sales strategy, allocations, and portfolio development
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across our evolving portfolio

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
