Job Description We’re looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our corporate and TMC partnerships. If you thrive in a fast‑paced commercial environment, excel at building relationships, and are motivated by uncovering new business opportunities, this role offers the perfect platform to make an impact. Accountabilities Manage a portfolio of key TMC partners and corporate clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue across your accounts to achieve targets. Proactively source, qualify and secure new business to expand Etihad’s corporate footprint. Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to maximise performance and secure long‑term commitment to Etihad. Build monthly sales plans, including targeted actions and call strategies, to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Cultivate strong, influential relationships at all levels within your accounts to ensure opportunities are fully leveraged. Lead commercial negotiations and manage agreements to support overall sales objectives. Use corporate management information systems to analyse performance, optimise your portfolio, and identify new revenue opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in sales Managing multiple stakeholders from various departments to achieve our goals Relevant commercial and analytical work experience This position requires a mix of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge to effectively represent the airline and drive revenue Additional Information Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
