The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bicester. This role involves:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing existing customer accounts
  • Promoting Panam Valves Ltd.’s product portfolio across relevant industries

The Sales Representative will:

  • Conduct client meetings and site visits
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Follow up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements
  • Provide product presentations and basic technical guidance
  • Participate in trade shows or industry events
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to support strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Customer relationship management skills, with experience in building long-term partnerships and providing responsive service.
  • Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications, particularly in valves, fittings, and industrial systems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time management skills, including accurate documentation and use of CRM or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sales is highly beneficial; experience in oil & gas, process instrumentation, or hydrogen systems is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Bicester and visiting customer locations as needed.
  • Relevant education in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
