Sales Representative – Neurosurgical Stryker, Stryker Neurosurgical

About the Role
As a Sales Representative for Stryker Neurosurgical, you’ll play a pivotal role in a high-performance team dedicated to transforming progressive medicine within the NHS and private medical sectors. Your focus: maintaining key Neurosurgical accounts while expanding opportunities into Spine, Craniomaxillofacial, and broader surgical disciplines.
You’ll forge deep stakeholder relationships—engaging surgeons, theatre managers, nurses, procurement teams, finance professionals, and more—to demonstrate the value of Stryker’s solutions. Your days will include product demos, clinical training, and live theatre support, ensuring Stryker tools are integrated intuitively while enhancing patient outcomes.
This role in Stryker’s fastest-growing division appeals to ambitious professionals who thrive on driving real results and delivering a dynamic customer experience. Ideal candidates reside within the North West territory, though senior talent may be considered based on relevant expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Forte in account management and relationship-building for Stryker’s growing Neurosurgical/surgical portfolio, across the NHS and private sector.
- Benchmark competitors to identify market gaps and tailor pitches to specific decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assist in sales presentations, ensuring seamless customer-facing messaging.
- Upskill clinicians through product demos, hands-on training, and operating room support.
- Achieve revenue targets through a mix of strategic product sales, contract renewals, and territory development.
Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, economics, or equivalent (e.g., commercial disciplines) and proven sales track record in B2B or medical solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to close deals, exceeding objectives in competitive fields.
- Commercial mind, with proven experience in Pearson Table performance or similar metrics.
- Non-negotiable: motivation infused with ambition—it’s up to your teamworks to reach unattainable heights (and rewire the estimate!).
- Confidence & influence: Top-tier communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Compliance with UK regulations: a full, valid driving licence is essential.
- Experience with spinal/maxillofacial devices (neurosurgery) is desirable.
