Sales Representative
Location: Field-based | United Kingdom (North East & Yorkshire)
About the Role

This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and managing their territory with a high degree of ownership. You'll work with an established portfolio of products used in hospital settings, while also supporting the introduction of newer technologies that provide added value to healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory by maintaining existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business.
- Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers across acute hospital accounts.
- Promote the clinical and commercial benefits of the product portfolio through consultative selling and solution-focused conversations.
- Support product evaluations, customer education and training activities to encourage successful adoption of new technologies.
- Develop territory plans, maintain an accurate sales pipeline and use CRM tools to effectively manage customer activity.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity and customer needs to help shape future commercial opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Requirements
- Proven success in a target-driven sales environment, ideally within healthcare, medical devices or a related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with excellent planning, organisational and territory management capabilities.
- Comfortable discussing clinical and business value with customers and managing commercial negotiations.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team.
- A clinical background or previous experience working with hospital customers would be advantageous.
- Must be based within, or willing to relocate to, the assigned territory.
