Working with leading orthopaedic surgeons across the North west territory, you’ll represent market-leading technologies from globally recognised manufacturers. You’ll build trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders, provide expert support in theatre, and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while helping deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets across the region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement departments and key decision-makers.
- Provide expert clinical support during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.
- Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and educational events.

Experience:
- Proven success in an orthopaedic medical device sales role.
- Strong clinical knowledge of orthopaedic procedures with confidence supporting cases in theatre.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to manage a territory independently.
- Full valid driving licence
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
