Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Representative (Print & Design) role based in London. The Sales Representative will actively prospect and engage local businesses, build and maintain client relationships, and promote Kall Kwik’s design, print, and online services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients in person, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the design and print teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of projects. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, presenting service options and samples, and providing after-sales support to encourage repeat business. The Sales Representative will also contribute to local marketing initiatives, attend networking events, and support the development of sales campaigns and promotions.

  • Sales and client relationship skills, including business development, prospecting, and account management.
  • Knowledge of print and design services, with the ability to explain solutions such as business stationery, marketing collateral, and exhibition graphics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build trust.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and the role of print and design in brand and campaign effectiveness.
  • Organizational and time management skills, including managing a sales pipeline and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in London, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, print, design, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software is an advantage.
