Sales Representative - Scotland West (Glasgow)

Salary
£35K DOE + 10% bonus
About The Role
We are looking for passionate and driven sales professionals to join our UK team as Field-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will champion Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s innovative Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio, including XQS, while ensuring our products are well represented across independent retailers. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with independent retailers. Promote and grow sales of NGP products, ensuring our brands are top-of-mind in your territory.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on XQS and other NGP offerings. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to retailers, empowering them to confidently sell our products.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Share actionable insights with management to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize growth within your assigned territory. Prioritize activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Order Processing & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely order processing. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in FMCG or grocery industry sales, ideally with exposure to NGP or tobacco-related products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret store-level data and use CRM systems effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with resilience in a competitive market.
- Full UK driving license required.
