ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Sales Representative for Southern England, you’ll represent DEERHUNTER, an internationally recognised brand in the hunting and outdoor industry, while driving sales across one of our most important markets.

This is a field-based role, where you’ll spend the majority of your time visiting customers, strengthening existing retail partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities throughout Southern England. Working independently from your home base, you’ll manage your own territory while collaborating closely with the UK Country Manager and our headquarters in Denmark to grow sales and strengthen DEERHUNTER’s position in the UK market.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sales Representative, your main tasks will include:

  • Managing and growing an established portfolio of retail customers across Southern England.
  • Building strong customer relationships through regular customer visits and proactive account management.
  • Identifying and developing new retail business opportunities.
  • Delivering agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable market insights.
  • Representing DEERHUNTER at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Working closely with the UK Sales Manager and colleagues at our headquarters in Denmark to ensure excellent customer support and market alignment.
  • Planning and managing your own travel schedule across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
