About The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Engage Leads: Connect with individuals, families, and decision-makers to introduce our subscription plans and services.
  • Convert Opportunities: Turn identified needs into service enrolments and drive subscription uptake, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Facilitate Enquiries: Respond promptly to enquiries, ensuring seamless and empathetic communication.
  • Coordinate Services: Work with internal teams to schedule and deliver services, providing a smooth and positive experience for every client.
  • Build Relationships: Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage Data: Accurately track interactions and progress using our CRM system to support operational excellence.
