We’re hiring: Sales Representative (UK/Remote)
I’m looking for a proactive, engaging, and resilient Sales Representative to join our growing European B2B Sales team at Archon Studio.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with new people, opening doors, and turning new contacts into long-term business partnerships.
You’ll help bring Archon Studio ranges such as Dungeons & Lasers, alongside world-famous licensed properties including StarCraft and Dungeons & Dragons, into more retail spaces across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging prospective retail partners
- Managing your sales pipeline from first contact through to purchase
- Conducting outbound sales and cold-calling campaigns
- Building lasting relationships with our trade customers
- Working towards agreed sales targets

We’re looking for someone with excellent active-listening skills, a confident telephone manner, and the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment. Extensive sales experience isn’t essential—your drive, determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Essential requirements:
- Based in the UK
- Full business proficiency in English
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian
- Willingness to travel internationally for at least one trade show each year
What we offer:
- £38,000–£40,000 per year, plus commission
- Fully remote working
- 20 days’ holiday plus eight public holidays, with the opportunity to earn up to five additional days
