The Role: Sales & Resident Experience Consultant
As a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant, you will be innovative, energetic, and results-driven, leading your leasing team to drive the success of our properties. Here’s what our ideal candidate brings to the table:
Key Responsibilities
- Master sales & team leadership: Be the dynamic force that drives market performance and inspires your team with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Resident advocate: Act as a "home-finding hero"—your role is to guide and empower residents to find their ideal living space.
- Stakeholder experience: With people being at the center of Berkshire, you must love connecting with diverse individuals—prospective residents, current tenants, and team members alike.
- "Seal the deal": Aim for a 20%+ closing ratio—closing rentals efficiently while maintaining top-notch professionalism.
- Create a friendly yet polished atmosphere in leasing offices and shared resident spaces.
- Be the inspector: Showcase properties at their best—ensure routes, online tours, and models are immaculate to represent Berkshire positively.
- Stay market-aligned: Keep finger on the pulse of local real estate trends to inform strategies that drive success.
- Innovate solutions: Propose new ideas for marketing properties and improving resident satisfaction.
- Communicate skillfully: Maintain polished verbal and written interactions with residents—both prospetive and existing.
- Excel in customer service: Deliver unmatched service to all stakeholders while supporting your team to thrive.

Requirements
To be considered, we value candidates who have already:
- At least 2 years of transferable experience in customer service (preferably relating to residential leasing, real estate, or related fields).
- Demonstrated solutions-oriented mindset—someone proactive who excels at adapting and contributing bold ideas.
- Experience in unordered environments with diverse stakeholders.
