Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work closely with your Management team to create the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience. This means ensuring our customers receive exceptional service aligned with our Service Promise, whether they shop in-store, online, or via our app.
Your role isn’t just about selling—it’s about inspiring, connecting, and delivering happiness. You’ll embody Customer Obsessed/Play to Win/We Are One](https), supporting a team that’s fun, supportive, and results-driven.
You’ll be a fashion ambassador, helping customers express themselves through our latest trends—anytime, anywhere.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
🔹 Customer

Deliver our service techniques to inspire customers to look and feel their best.

Express your personality and style to create a memorable customer experience.

Provide omnichannel excellence: If a product isn’t in-store, guide customers to find it online or via our app.

Foster a seamless, unified brand experience across all touchpoints.

Engage with your local community, charity partners, and customers to build loyalty and drive sales.

✔ Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential—we’re more interested in your commitment and energy.

- Quarterly Territory Leads
- Bi-annual Divisional leadership (as a Your Voice Rep)
Your Key Roles
1️⃣ Your Voice Representative (YVR)
Your role is critical in lifting your team’s voices—giving everyone confidence to share ideas or concerns that impact workplace culture.
📢 Your tasks include:
- Representing your store team in Your Voice meetings (quarterly/bi-annual).
- Sharing key themes and improvements your store has identified together with wider leadership.
- Challenging store management in a professional, constructive manner to drive positive change.

🔹 Demonstrate confidence, integrity, and alignment with New Look’s values in everything you do.
2️⃣ Key Holder (Operational/Delivery)
After confidence training, you may act as a Key Holder (with Territory Leader approval) to: 🔒 Open and set up the store in emergencies for/while managing the absence of senior leads.
⚠️ Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow Health & Safety and secure procedures closely.
- Take ownership of team workflow, service standards, and inventory.
3️⃣ Department Specialist
Be the go-to expert for your department: ✨ Share data-driven insights to highlight performance successes. ✅ Recommend trending products/services authentically. 🎨 Support self-development—continuously refine your skills.
4️⃣ Visual Merchandising Specialist
Style windows and floors to reflect current trends and our brand aesthetic:
- Follow VM guidelines and POS standards via high-quality product handling.
- Exhibit creativity in mannequin styling while staying aligned with our brand direction.
- Rotate stock to reflect current promotions.
