Role: Sales Advisor
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise. You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other and delivers results. You will do this by living and breathing our brand values in everything you do: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One and It Starts With Me. You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by being an ambassador for the brand and demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Customer
- Help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques
- Create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and individual style shine through in everything you do
- Be an Omnichannel expert, assisting customers in finding what they need both in-store and online
- Understand and connect with local customers and the community, including charity partners
- Support in delivering great standards in store, creating a visually exciting experience
Team
- Create an inclusive environment that values different people and opinions, encouraging everyone to have fun and have a voice
- Take a proactive approach to your own journey of self-development
- Work collaboratively to deliver our Retail Strategy

Skills and Knowledge:
- Confident with people and passionate about talking to customers
- Communicate well and deliver a great customer experience that showcases your personality
- Understand the core customer base within your local market
- Passionate about fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends
- Embrace change and demonstrate resilience
- Understand teamwork and demonstrate the values and behaviours of a great team player
- Have a keen eye for detail in maintaining great store standards
- Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential

Roles and Responsibilities:
Your Voice Rep:
- Help give your team members the confidence to voice their own ideas and opinions
- Support the communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store
- Be an ambassador for your store at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and possibly at bi-annual divisional Your Voice meetings
- Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback
- Role model company values and be a close relationship with your team

Key Holder (Operational or Delivery):
- Support the opening and set up of the store in the absence of a member of management
- Access the store prior to trade to complete delivery or tasks before opening
- Ensure all H&S and security procedures are adhered to
- Be responsible for the team, service levels, and stock in the absence of a member of management
Department Specialist:
- Deliver exceptional standards on your department and maintain operational excellence
- Utilise data and reporting to share and shape the performance of your department
- Be the go-to expert for your department, confidently recommending products to customers
Visual Merchandising Specialist:
- Support the delivery of brand VM and POS guidelines through great product handling and retail standards
- Execute window and mannequin styling to a high standard and in line with guidance
- Support floor moves in line with trade activity (e.g., sale or promo launch)
- Stay updated with current trends, competition features, and influencer promotions
