Sales - Sales Advisor - UK
Sales Advisor
Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.
You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team that fosters fun, supports each other, and delivers results by embodying our brand values: Customer Obsessed, Play to Win, We Are One, and It Starts With Me.
You will inspire customers to express themselves with the latest fashion, whether in-store, online, or through our app, by embodying our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Customer
- Deliver exceptional service techniques, enhancing our customers' shopping experience while maintaining personal style and enthusiasm
- Ensure a seamless Omnichannel experience—assisting customers when products aren't available in-store via our website or app, creating a unified shopping journey
- Understand and engage with local customers, driving sales while fostering strong community and charity partnerships
- Maintain high standards in-store, ensuring visually appealing and easy-to-navigate retail environments
Team
- Create a welcoming and inclusive work environment, embracing diverse perspectives and encouraging team collaboration and fun
- Take a proactive role in personal development, continuously striving to realise potential and grow
- Collaborate with the broader team to execute the Retail Strategy

Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your Voice Representative
- Encourage team confidence in sharing ideas and feedback, fostering a culture of openness
- Support key engagement initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across the store
- Represent your store at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and potentially bi-annual divisional meetings, raising and consolidating themes
- Champion change in store management by challenging norms based on team insights

Key Holder (Operational/Delivery)
- (Following mandatory training) journaliste procedures involving:
- Store openings, ensuring H&S protocols are followed, and operations run smoothly in a manager’s absence
- Pre-trade deliveries or unmanned tasks under Territory Leader approval
- Accountability for team, service levels, and stock until management volunteers
Department Specialist
- Deliver exceptional retail standards and operational excellence for assigned departments
- Utilise data and reporting to enhance departmental performance and recommend strategies
- Act as the department’s trusted advisor for customers and team members
Visual Merchandising Specialist
- Adhere to brand Visual Merchandising (VM) and Point-of-Sale (POS) guidelines, ensuring high standards in displays, windows, and mannequin styling
- Execute trend-driven floor visuals aligned with promotions and sales
- Research competitors and industry trends to maintain fresh store appearances
