Job Purpose

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll collaborate with management to deliver the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience for our customers. You’ll embody our Service Promise by embodying the values: 🔹 Customer-Obsessed 🔹 Play To Win 🔹 We Are One 🔹 It Starts With Me

Your mission: ✔️ Inspire customers to express themselves through fashion anywhere, anytime ✔️ Excel as a brand ambassador ✔️ Foster connections with the local community and charities


Key Responsibilities

🛍️ CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Deliver a fantastic service experience, blending professionalism with personal style
  • Be a one-brand presence by guiding customers across shops, app, or website if products aren’t available in-store
  • Recommend products with confidence, aligning with trends and customer preferences
  • Maintain high store standards—upselling services (e.g., alterations) to enhance the journey
  • Engage with local community groups and charity partners

👥 TEAM & CULTURE

  • Foster a collaborative, motivating environment where everyone feels valued
  • Champion self-development, encouraging growth in yourself and your team
  • Collaborate on retail strategy execution

Essential Skills & Qualifications

✅ Customer-focused communication—passionate about interacting with and serving customers ✅ Understanding of local demographics—knowledge of the customer base in your area ✅ Fashion enthusiasm—up-to-date with trends, product expertise, and brand innovation ✅ Resilience in fast-paced retail—ability to manage change and support team members ✅ Strong teamwork—empathy, collaboration, and alignment with corporate values ✅ Detail-oriented maintenance—ensuring store standards and visual merchandising ✔ Previous retail experience is a plus but not required

🔑 Key Holder Responsibilities

🔹 Operate in limited management absence (with Territory Leader approval) to:

  • Open/close store initially for deliveries or prep work
  • Enforce H&S protocols rigorously
  • Maintain team service standards and stock integrity

👗 Department Specialist

🔹 Own performance of your department’s visuals, operations, and customer experience

  • Utilise data reports to guide sales strategies
  • Cultivate expertise in product recommendations to boost conversions

📎 Visual Merchandising Specialist

🔹 Ensure alignment with brand guidelines in presentation, window displays, and in-store layout 🔹 Update seasonal floor layouts, sales, and promotions 🔹 Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and influencer insights
