Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work with your management team to implement the ultimate omni-channel shopping experience, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service through our Service Promise.
You’ll contribute to a team culture that’s fun, supportive, and results-driven while embodying our core values: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One, and It Starts With Me.
Your role is to brand: inspire our customers to look and feel their best with the latest fashion, anytime and anywhere. Your passion for service and brand advocacy will drive engagement, sales, and loyalty.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
🔹 Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service using our proven techniques
- Foster genuine connections with local customers to drive sales and community engagement
- Support our brands’ commitment to charity partnerships
- Maintain high in-store standards, ensuring spaces are clean, organised, and visually inspiring
- Offer omni-channel assistance – bridge gaps between in-store and online experiences (via App, website, or in-store)
- Help customers when products are unavailable in-store via online channels

- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential

🔑 Key Holder (Operational/Delivery)
- Assumes management-absence responsibilities (subject to mandatory training approval):
- Secure store with H&S adherence and sign-off before trade begins
- Support pre-trade tasks (e.g., deliveries, setup)
- Maintain operational security—ensure sales schedules and stock accountability
📊 Department Specialist
- Lead operational excellence in your assigned department
- Use data-driven insights to shape performance and customer journey planning
- Upsell confidently, ensuring expertise in your sector guides recommendations
🎨 Visual Merchandising Specialist
- Execute VM and POS guidelines with creative flair in window displays
- Style mannequins, in-store layouts, and manage space effectively
- Support seasonal floor changes (promotions, sales)
- Track competitor trends and influencer innovations
