Sales Advisor
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise. You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other and delivers results. You will do this by living and breathing our brand values in everything you do: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One and It Starts With Me. You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by being an ambassador for the brand and demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER
- Help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques
- Create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and individual style shine through in everything you do
- Omnichannel: help customers find what they are looking for online if not available in store
- Understand and embrace local customers to drive sales and connect to the community including charity partners
- Support in delivering great standards in store, creating a visually exciting experience

- Help protect profit by understanding areas to focus on for sales, loss reduction, and cost control
- Fulfill responsibility to remain compliant with all Mandatory Training Modules
Skills and Knowledge:
- Confident with people and passionate about talking to customers
- Communicate well and deliver a great customer experience
- Understand the core customer in your local market
- Passionate about fashion and clothes, keeping up to date with trends
- Embrace change and demonstrate resilience, supporting team members
- Understand teamwork and demonstrate values and behaviours that make a great team player
- Keen eye for detail in maintaining great store standards
- Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your Voice Rep:
- Help give team members confidence to voice ideas and opinions
- Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives
- Be an ambassador for your store at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings
- Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback
- Role model company values to customers and team
Key Holder (Operational or Delivery):
- Support opening and set up of the store in absence of management
- Access store prior to trade to complete delivery or other tasks
- Ensure H&S and security procedures are adhered to
- Responsible for team, service levels, and stock in absence of management
Department Specialist:
- Deliver exceptional standards and operational excellence
- Utilize data and reporting to share and shape department performance
- Be the go-to expert for your department and confidently recommend products
Visual Merchandising Specialist:
- Support delivery of brand VM and POS guidelines
- Execute window and mannequin styling
- Support floor moves in line with trade activity
- Keep up to date with current trends and influencer promotions
