Job Purpose

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work with your management team to provide the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service by embodying our Service Promise.

You’ll drive a fun yet results-driven culture, aligned with our brand values while inspiring customers to shop, improve confidence, and showcase their personal style in our latest fashion.


Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Customer Focus

  • Deliver impactful service techniques to inspire customers to look and feel good.
  • Personalise interactions with customers, blending personality and professionalism. -brace omnichannel solutions, guiding customers between online, mobile app, or in-store journeys for a seamless experience.
  • Engage with the local community—including partnerships with charities—to build meaningful connections with customers.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and shopability to create an inspiring, visually engaging retail environment.

Team Collaboration

  • Foster a culture where everyone is valued, empowered, and has a voice.
  • Foster peer-to-peer support to develop and elevate each team member’s potential.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive Retail Strategy and adhere to targets.

Core Roles Within the Position

Your Voice Representative

  • Act as the voice of your team, fostering confidence in voicing feedback and share feedback to improve the workplace.
  • Support the delivery of internal engagement initiatives and communications.
  • Represent store interests at quarterly Territory Your Voice Meetings and occasionally bi-annual divisional meetings, sharing themes and ideas for improvement.
  • Effectively challenge store management with data-driven solutions based on team insights.

Key Holder (Operational/Delivery)

  • (Upon completion of mandatory training) Take responsibility—with Territory Leader approval—for store opening/prep in the absence of key managers.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S and security protocols during pre-opening tasks such as deliveries.
  • Oversee team operations and stock logistics when not covered by senior members.

Department Specialist

  • Drive exceptional department standards, maintaining operational excellence for a superior customer journey and performance goals.
  • Utilise data and reporting to shape department strategy and recommend high-performance trends.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on products to guide customer recommendations.

Visual Merchandising Specialist

  • Align with brand VM and Point-of-Sale (POS) guidelines, enhancing product display and retail standards.
  • Execute window and mannequin styling to promote current trends and promotions.
  • Monitor competitive and influencer trends to inspire designs and floor layouts.
