About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll shape the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service through your alignment with our Service Promise.

You’ll join a team focused on fun, collaboration, and results—achieving this by embodying our brand values: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One, and It Starts With Me.

This role combines multiple areas to showcase leadership and expertise:

Your Voice Rep

A crucial/store representative role enhancing team collaboration and communication, including:

  • Encouraging staff confidence to voice opinions, share ideas, and challenge perspectives.
  • Supporting key initiatives, engagement programs, and team alignment.
  • Ambassador at Territory and divisional Your Voice meetings—sharing and influencing change based on store feedback.
  • Model company values offering a positive example for staff and customers.

Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)
  • Ensure safe, secure, and efficient store operations in the absence of management.
  • Oversee team, service levels, and stock essentials only when no managers are present.
  • (Subject to completing Mandatory Training)
Department Specialist
  • Lead to high operational excellence in your area of expertise:
    • Drive performance, foster customer-centric product recommendations.
    • Utilise data to shape departmental success.
Visual Merchandising Specialist
  • Apply brand guidelines and POS standards to elevate visual appeal:
    • Executed high-standard window styling and mannequin dressing to align with trends.
    • Conduct periodic floor restock refinements, especially for sales and promotions.
    • Stay aligned with trends, retailer benchmarks, and influencer engagement.
