Role Overview
The Sales Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity Compliance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunderland. This position involves collaborating with the sales team to understand prospective clients’ cybersecurity and compliance needs, designing tailored solution demonstrations, and supporting presales activities throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Solution Design
- Configuring product demos to showcase OneClickComply®’s capabilities.
- Preparing technical and compliance-focused presentations tailored to client needs.
- Responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and addressing technical inquiries.
- Advising clients on best practices for integrating OneClickComply® into existing environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
- Refining solution offerings based on market and user insights.
- Ensuring proposed implementations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Sales Support and Enablement
- Conducting occasional client workshops and discovery sessions.
- Supporting ongoing sales enablement materials and documentation.

- Poise problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail for documentation and solution design.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Strong software development and integration skills, including knowledge of APIs, system architecture, and technical implementation approaches.
- Experience in consulting, capable of:
- Assessing client requirements.
- Translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Recommending best-fit compliance architectures.
- Proven background in sales and presales activities, including:
- Solution demos and technical presentations.
- Supporting complex deal cycles.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance frameworks, such as:
- ISO 27001
- SOC 2
- NIST (Ability to communicate these clearly to non-technical stakeholders.)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High-level attention to detail in documentation and solution design.
Preferred
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, security solutions, or compliance technology.
