Sales Specialist – Norwich Branch
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist in our Norwich branch!

Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
As our Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth and delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with existing, new, and lapsed customers to understand and fulfil their needs.
- Maximising sales opportunities by leveraging customer interactions—achieving targets through upselling, cross-selling, and expert product advice.
- Developing deep supplier knowledge to identify and capitalise on product improvements and industry trends.
- Ensuring timely order fulfilment for all customer demands.
- Improving customer experience by adhering to established service plans.
- Providing clarity on trading terms, account policies, and credit levels (with financial administration responsibilities).
- Supporting company-wide initiatives and maintaining a positive contribution to team success.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven customer-focused outlook, with a relentless drive to deliver the best outcomes.

- Confidence in leveraging IT systems, paired with excellent communication over the phone.
