Selective Marketplace Ltd. is home to two premium British womenswear brands, Wrap London and POETRY. Both brands are known for their timeless style, beautifully crafted collections, and commitment to natural fabrics and exceptional quality. Designed at our London studio near Putney Bridge, our collections are inspired by fashion, art, and culture from around the world.

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Specialist to join one of our London boutiques. Depending on business needs and your experience, you may be based in either our Wrap London or POETRY store.

As part of our friendly and supportive retail team, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience and helping our customers feel confident and inspired.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Develop excellent product knowledge and confidently offer styling advice.
  • Process sales accurately using our till and store operating systems.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit retail team.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the store.

About You

  • Has experience in a customer-facing retail role, ideally within fashion.
  • Is enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys building relationships and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Has a genuine interest in premium fashion and personal styling.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Can reliably commute to one of our London stores.
  • Is flexible and available to work weekends when required.

Store opening hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
