You need experience selling B2C courses, exams, education, training, or similar.
You will be part of Newto Training, we're a fast-growing training company that helps people change careers into IT, Cyber, Data, AI, and Networks. The business has seen over 300% growth in the past year and is expanding its sales team to keep up with demand and to expand into new products.
You will be speaking to people who have already enquired about courses – so no cold calling. The focus is on warm inbound leads, with a sales cycle of less than one week. This means you see results quickly and can build momentum fast.

The role is fast-paced, so resilience and strong communication skills are key.
If you have 2+ years' B2C course sales experience in short-cycle, high-volume environments, you will fit right in.
Base salary is £22k, with uncapped commission and £45–50k+ OTE being our median sales team salary range.
